Touchpoints Therapy - Rehabilitation Services

Silver Springs Care Center operates a fully equipped Rehabilitation Department with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy available up to seven days a week through the Touchpoints Therapy program.

Rehabilitation Services Include:

  • Ambulation Training
  • Cognitive Retraining
  • Adaptive Equipment Education
  • Activities of Daily Living Re-training
  • Endurance Training
  • Home Discharge Preparation
  • Community or lower level of care re-entry
  • Patient / Family Education
